Ratanpur Fort is a historic fort located in the Bilaspur district of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. The wonderful Bastar Palace is situated in Jagdalpur which comes under the district headquarters of Bastar. This stunning palace has been here past seventy years. The place where the palace is located is known as the heart of Tribal civilization of India. There is no accommodation facility in Bastar Palace, but you can have meals here.

Recently, the palace is converted into a medical college, though the royal family resides here on the part of the palace. The name of the palace is given by its district name. This palace gives a wonderful look to visitors that any one would not be able to forget in their lifetime.

In the close proximity of the Bastar Palace there is ‘Hast Bazaar’ this is a bazaar which is worth visiting. The other exciting tourist places near the palace are Danteshwari Temple, Shilpgram and Anthropological Museum.

Kanker Palace is a small splendid palace situated in the district headquarters of Kanker which is at a distance of 140 kilometres from Raipur. The construction of Kawardha Palace was done from 1936 to 1939 by Maharaja Dharamraj Singh. The exterior of this is made of pristine, stones, Italian marble pearl white in color are sprawled across the eleven acres beautifully landscaped gardens.
